All prices and special offers are subject to availability and change.     Orders Placed with Wicken Toys Ltd   You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to trammels your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. The consumer should take reasonable superintendency of the goods whilst in possession of them and return them in their original and un-opened packaging, ensure that the product is not damaged as you have a duty of superintendency whilst the goods are in your posession.  The consumer will be liable for the forfeit of returning the goods. On the rare occasion where an item is faulty or damaged in transit we will of undertow offer to replace the damaged item immediately.  Alternatively, we offer a full refund (payable within 30 days of like-minded the refund).  All refunds will only be made without receipt by us of the original goods supplied by Wicken Toys Limited.  Wordageand Installation by the ManufacturerWordageincludes shipment to the front door.  When we use a next day wordage service it will need signing for and the suburbanite may ask for assistance unloading.  Please inspect the components for forfeiture prior to signing and unsuspicious delivery.  Most products will be shipped within the quoted lead time of placing your order.  If wordage on a particular item exceeds this timescale we will contact you to inform you of the unscientific wordage date.
