We can unhook to the untried areas but you will need to undeniability us for a quote. We do not wordage to the areas in Red on the map   Our standard wordage covers all off the UK mainland apart from the pursuit areas: BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, LL58-78, PA20-78, PH15-44, PO30-41, ZE.     When Do We Deliver?   Standard wordage is within 5 working days. We can sometimes offer a next day wordage service if we have a van in your area.  Please undeniability prior to order to unify this, we can take your order over the phone.  Some exclusions apply. Our wordage service takes place on weekdays only. Smaller items are sent with Parcelforce on a 48hr service and you will recieve an email with tracking number and expected day of delivery.  larger items are normally delivered by our own, in house wordage team and we unchangingly contact the consumer the day surpassing the intended wordage and requite an AM or PM wordage time.  At times we do have to use national carriers, then you would recieve a telephone undeniability to typesetting the wordage in with you, so please ensure that we have a working telephone number for you. If the original wordage stage requested by the consumer cannot be met and the consumer would rather not wait they are entitled to cancel their order and to receive any refund of monies paid. If we cannot stipulate flipside time for delivery, we offer the consumer a full refund. Our standard wordage covers all off the UK mainland only apart from the pursuit areas:   BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, LL58-78, PA20-78, PH15-44, PO30-41, ZE.  We can unhook to these areas and to the Channel islands but you will need to undeniability us for a quote.  I am sorry but we do not unhook to Ireland or Northern Ireland    If you are purchasing an item for a special occasion please unshut and trammels it versus the parts list to ensure that the manufacturers have packed the item correctly.  If an item is missing or wrong we do need time to get a replacement part to you.  Unfortunately we will not recoup if an item is wrong as we can get replacement parts despatched to correct them.  WordageDrivers   Wicken Toys Ltd endeavor to do all our own deliveries using our own squadron of wordage vans. When Wicken Toys Ltd makes the delivery, the wordage suburbanite will unchangingly try to leave the item / items where the consumer asks. The furthest point that they are expected to leave any item is on a when patio, wangle permitting.  Any side gate or passage is normally big unbearable as long as a person can walk lanugo there.  The drivers are not expected to take the item / items any remoter vastitude that point.  The wordage drivers will siphon items through the house that do not require a trolley to move the items.  Larger boxes may need unpacking and taking through piece by piece, this is up to the consumer to do.  We do not ask the suburbanite to do this as they have timed bookings and would find themselves late for other customers.   Wicken Toys Limited will not be liable for any requirement for bounty whatsoever for lightweight to unhook on a particular stage or time.
